Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 1 day damage policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a credit, email us with a brief explanation and a picture of the damaged unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a credit or exchange request , you can contact us at mailto:info@erisellstyle.com. If your request is accepted, we will credit your account account and notify you if your credit balance with Erisell. This credit can be applied towards future purchases or to replace the damaged or wrong items item. In some cases we will ask you to return the item back to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Credits

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited on your Erisell account. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the credit.
